This is Harold and today we will be looking at Dhyani Ywahoo and the money she has made and the possible crimes she may have committed, if what she has publicly claimed turns out to be a lie.

If and I repeat "IF" Dhyani Ywahoo is not a Cherokee and "IF" the "Ywahoo" lineage and her "Green Mountain Band of the Eastern Cherokee" are also fake what does that mean?

Many will call her a fake and a con artist and leave it at that. But there is far more to this in the area I known best, CRIMINAL LAW. Remember I spent twenty three years as both a city cop and a federal agent. I spent 13 of those years as an federal investigator and intelligence officer with Canada Immigration. I have worked on foreign criminals and cults to name just a few.

If and I repeat "IF" Dhyani Ywahoo is a fake then she has committed crimes on both a state and federal level.

In Vermont if you sell goods (books, dvd's or cd's) in a fraudulent manner then that is a violation under Vermont State Consumer Fraud Statutes.

If you sell yourself to the public and received money based on a "FRAUD" then that is Fraud by False Pretence. What I mean by this is if you claim yourself to be a Cherokee and sell yourself for money to the public based on this lie then that is fraud.

If you sell books or CD"S or DVD"S etc based on a fraud then you can be charged federally with "Interstate Fraud by Mail" or "Interstate Fraud by Wire". These offences occur if the products are shipped out of state to another state.

If you create a Charity under false pretense then that could be a violation of both state and federal law.

If any of you readers have bought any produces, attended and paid money to hear Dhyani Ywahoo or contributed money to her charity and you now suspect she may be a fraud there is something you can do.

First contact Dhyani Ywahoo and ask her to prove to you that she is a Cherokee. Ask her to prove that there is a "Ywahoo Lineage" and that the "Green Mountain Band of the Eastern Cherokee are not fake. If and I repeat again "IF" she can not or will not provide you with that proof go to the State of Vermont's Attorney General, the Vermont State Police or the Bureau of Consumer Protection and file a request for an investigation on Dhyani Ywahoo. You can go to your local newspaper or television station and talk to their reporters that works on consumer fraud or con artists. They may be also able to help you to find out the truth about Dhyani Ywahoo's claims.

Remember dear readers that I have asked Dhyani Ywahoo to provide this "PROOF" to me. She refuses to answer any and all telephone and email requests on my part. You, Dhyani Ywahoo have made hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years from the paying public. Why the "SILENCE", Venerable Dhyani Ywahoo, the 27th Holder of the Ywahoo Lineage and Chief of the Green Mountain Band of the Eastern Cherokee, "WHY THE SILENCE"???

I leave it up to you the readers to decide if Dhyani Ywahoo is a "Cherokee Chief or a Cherokee Fraud".
