Domo Geshe RInpoche article #10- The Human Casualties
Hello Dear Readers:
This is Harold and today we are going to speak about my motivation in exposing people like
Marjorie Dadak aka Domo Geshe Rinpoche and Madi Nolan aka Lama Rigzden Chodon Rinpoche.
I have two reasons for what I do. The first is simply I'm an old ex-cop and like an old ex-cop when I see a criminal I want to arrest them. Secondly like an old ex-cop I see the victims, I see destroyed lives and collateral damage to their families.
These wolves in lama's clothing over the years have stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from the very people who are true believers in them. People put their trust, their bank accounts and their lives in these con artists.
Too few of us have seen the horror of the 2 o'clock in the morning experience these people have
when they discover the betrayal, the betrayal of their faith and trust by the very person they held
up as an Enlightened Being. Some of these followers gave up their parents, their husbands, their wives, and yes even their children to follow. When they find out the person they
gave up so much for is a fake, a fraud, a con, a liar, the experience can be one of utter devastation.
They now review what they have lost: their wives, husbands, parents or children. All the years of potential relationships, and struggle and warmth, irrevocably lost for someone who has lied and betrayed them from the beginning.
Not only is the original faith gone from the follower, but faith in themselves, as doubt begins to assail the mind. "How could I have missed the clues?" "What made me give up everything for this person?" even "Enlightenment is all a con job, for fools." This last statement evokes the bitterness that may arise when a former follower wakes up from their sleep and sees the original
human being whom they loved and gave their devotion to as deeply flawed.
Spiritual rape is no less agonizing than physical. It splits the soul of the person and leads them into a wasteland of doubt and feelings of worthlessness. The cost to thousands of people of their dollars, their relationships, everything they value, as profound as this cost is, is second to the inner torment. Often followers have had profound experiences and may continue to attribute this to the fraudulent teacher's presence instead of their own states of wholesomeness.
MArjorie Dadak stated to me in an email on November 13th, 2008 "I am still in the recognition process and that is going well. Thank you for your interest". Yet she continues to publicly sell herself as THE reincarnation of Domo Geshe Rinpoche.
On her website under biography she uses such phrases as "Domo Geshe Rinpoche is a reincarnated Lama" or "The current incarnation of Domo Geshe Rinpoche" in referring to herself.
Now you know where Harold is coming from. I've seen as a former Federal Agent who worked for years on cults the very people I've just written about. I've seen in their faces and I've heard in their stories the utter devastation that their lives have become. These very people still had the courage to come forward to a police officer or a newspaper reporter or a TV reporter and tell the world
of these con artists.
That's the first step in healing after you've left your wolf in lama's clothes.
More to follow.
