Hello Dear Readers.This is article #8 in my ongoing investigation of Majorie Tara Dadak aka Domo Geshe Rinpoche.

In this article we will look at some of the money going into the White Conch Dharma Centers from its contributors. We will also examine the possible criminal violations on State and Federal levels if what Majorie is doing is in fact illegal.

Majorie Tara Dadak incorporated "White Conch Dharma Center" on 3/8/2002 with the State of California. Its status is listed as "active" and it is also listed as a "Domestic Nonprofit". Address 33 Estrella Dr, Santa Rosa, Ca 95404. You can google www.businessfilings.sos.ca.gov and you can find its listing there.

If you now google www.implu.com/nonprofit/260034254 you will discover some information about her operation in Wisconsin. It states "White Conch Dharma Center c/o Domo Geshe Rinpoche-PO Box 14372 West Allis WI 53214-0372 - Last update 2006-12-1 - This non profit has assets of $93,788, income of $110,438, revenue of $110,438."

I could not at this time find any listing for her operation in New Mexico.

When you look at Marjorie's website at www.white-conch.org please hit on the listing of "Online Store". You will now see page after page of dvd's and cd's for sale. All you have to do is send her money by mail or email and she will send you these items. She also has a list of prior retreats that she ran as Domo Geshe Rinpoche. This also lists the prices to pay her to hear her teachings as Domo Geshe Rinpoche.

We've looked at the money now let's look at the possible crimes. If Marjorie can not prove or will not provide "Legal" proof that she is the real Domo Geshe Rinpoche here are some possible state and federal crimes that she may and I repeat may have committed.

1) The Federal offence of "Identity Theft". You may check with the Federal Trade Commission in regards to this crime.

2) The Federal offence of "Interstate Fraud by Wire". If you use the internet to commit the crimes of fraud and identity theft this falls under these statues. Check with your local FBI Field Office.

3) The Federal offence of "Interstate Fraud by Mail". If you use the mails to send items(dvd's or cd's) that are used in the crimes of fraud, identity theft or fraud by false pretence they fall under the authority of the United States Postal Authority - Inspections Division. Check with their local field offices.

4) The State crimes of "Felony Fraud", Fraud by False Pretence and Charities Frauds" just to name a few.

Dear readers, I was a "Federal Agent" with the Canadian Government for 20 years with both the Customs and Immigration Services. I investigated Americans in Canada with criminal records and also "Cults". If I "pretend" to be someone and you give me money to hear me speak and/or if I sell you products (dvd's or cd's) while pretending to be someone else that's a "CRIME". If I set up a "Not for Profit Charity" while pretending to be someone else and I receive donations to my bogus operation that's a "CRIME".

If you think that Marjorie Tara Dadak aka Domo Geshe Rinpoche may have committed one of these crimes there are things that you can do.

B) In California you can contact Captain Thomas Schwedhelm of the Santa Rosa police department at (707) 543-3550 or email him at www.SRPDinfo@santarosapd.com.
