This is Harold and in this article we will examine the relationship between Marjorie Tara Dadak aka Domo Geshe Rinpoche and Dorje Shudgen.

On her website (check www.white-conch.org/info/dorje_shugden_statement or just www.white-conch.org/info) you will find an article by her titled "Statement regarding Dorje Shugden". I have previously mentioned this piece in Articles 2 and 3 in regards to Rigdzin Namkha Gyatso Rinpoche. It was a declaration by her on September 2008.

I will now quote from parts of her declaration. She states "I acknowledge that I was surprised to discover the photograph of my just previous incarnation as Domo Geshe on a Dorje Shugden website. I was listed as one of the "prominent masters" of Dorje Shugden on that website without my persmission".

"Without my permission" Marjorie? Who made you the offical reincarnation of Domo Geshe Rinpoche? Nobody made you the offical reincarnation, except yourself.

Dear readers please read the email I received from the Dorje Shugden Society in regards to Marjorie's claim to being Domo Geshe Rinpoche.

Dear Harold,

I am sorry that I could not reply you because we are quite busy. I heard about the three different incarnation of Domo Geshe Rinpoche. A white woman, the dalai lama's picked one, and Choktrul Rinpoche's picked one. Domo Geshe Rinpoche was a great Lama, who also worshipped Shugden untill he passed into Nirvana. Many believed him as a incarnation of Shugden.

When Domo Rinpoche passed away, Samten Choeling monastery requested the Dalai Lama to compose a swift return prayer for geshe rinpoche's incarnation. the request was rejected, on the ground that he was a worshipper of Shugden. For white woman, I dont know what it is this and i have nothing to say. Choktrul Rinpoche picked the one who was born in Skikkim, India. His enthronment ceremony was done in Samten Choeling monastery in Darjeeling. I was the one of organizers for the ceremony.

Anyway, we need a unmistaken reincarnation, who also worship Shugden, and who follow the deads of previous domo rinpoche. These days, politics and religion are too much mixed, so that things are confusing. Did you ask Ann of Dunkar Gonpa Society?

Let us continue with Marjorie's statement. She says "I received the initiation of Dorje Shuden From Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche in my just previous incarnation. Up until passing away in September of 2001, I quietly respected my root lama's instruction to rely on the enlightened protector... I do not do the practice of Dorje Shugden and have not the slightest intention of beginning again. My samaya with that practice ended with the end of that life...I have not, do not and will not promulgate the practice of Dorje Shugden under that name or any other name of that being. I continue to abhor the fear mongering and distress this is causing to the Tibetan community, to His Holiness, and now to some confused Western practitioners of "political spirtuality". I am under no duress to make these statements-these are true words".

Let us now look at her statement "My samaya with that practice ended with the end of that life". If as you claim Margorie, the late Domo Geshe Rinpoche simply transferred his mind into your mind and body, there was no break in his consciousness, no death.

What I have learned is that "Samaya" at the level of Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche and a Domo Geshe Rinpoche spans eternity itself. That "Samaya" covers their relationship in the previous, present and future Kayabje Trijang Rinpoche and the previous, present and future Domo Geshe Rinpoche. How can Marjorie dare dismiss "Samaya" in such a trival way? How do you dare to dismiss the pratice of Dorje Shugden in such a trivial way!!

Marjorie all questions about your recognition as the true Domo Geshe Rinpoche might have been
avoided by your previous Domo Geshe Rinpoche had he simply told his labdrang, all of his monks and followers around the world that he was going to transfer his consciousness into your
body and mind. Is there anyone who can explain this critical oversight?

Marjorie if you are the real Domo Geshe Rinpoche why don't you go to your followers and tell them about private conversations you had with them in your previous life? This should
convince them who you really are. It's been seven years since you entered Marjorie's body and it seems you have convinced no former students of the late Domo Geshe Rinpoche of your authen-
ticity.

On January 14, 2009 I emailed Marjorie Tara Dadak with this question.

Why have you renounced Dorje Shugden. If you just transfered your mind into Tara's nothing about you and Shugden should have changed.

Marjorie chose not to answer this or other difficult questions. If you use her tale that the previous Domo Geshe Rinpoche engaged in some act of "Drong Juk" and transfered his mind into her's there was no loss of his consciousness. Domo Geshe Rinpoche's consciousness never died and therefore his samaya with Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche is unbroken.

How does Marjorie look at the beloved Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche? In numerous emails I asked her why she was not recognized by him as the offical reincarnataion. On January 13, 2009 her reply was "I already explain he not old enough to do recognition". Over and over again in her emails she stated that Trijang Rinpoche is too young to do recognitions.

Someone should tell that to Trijang Rinpoche and the true Domo Geshe and his monks and followers around the world.

On Nov. 13, 2008 Marjorie emailed the following to me "I am still in the recognition process and that is going well-thank you for your interest."

On Nov. 14,2008 I replied "You say you are in the the recognition process and that is going well. Who is the person or persons that you are dealing with? What are their names and titles? His Holiness the Dalai Lama does not recoginize you nor does His Eminence Trijang Rinpoche. Please explain this to me."

On Nov. 14, 2008 she replied, "thank you for your interest. I have said all that I going to at this time. If this important to you I will ask the organizers at white conch to put you on mailing list for announcements in future regard this."

Finally on January 13,2009 another email from Marjorie states in part,"How process is going is none of your business."

I started this article with Marjorie's "Statement regarding Dorje Shugden - Declaration by Domo Geshe Rinpoche." I end this article with a question. Who offically recognizes Marjorie Tara Dadak as Domo Geshe Rinpoche? No one, except Marjorie.

So who should care about this woman and her three dharma centers. I think all practioners of Buddhism should. We should care about all those innocent people who walk into these centers. We should care about all those persons who now call her Lama, Rinpoche, who now take empowerments and possible ordination as monks and nuns from her. You can reference her place now, at 33 Estrella Drive in Santa Rosa California,as White Conch Monastery and Dharma Center.

Finally, what about those people who do follow or are interested in beginning to follow Dorje Shugden? Might they be confused by this woman's position?
