On October 22nd, 2007 I asked Madi Nolan the following questions but she would not answer them. I asked them seeking information about the criminal and civil laws of Washington State (I only know Canadian law). These were not accusations.

Madi,is it a crime in Washington State for a person to present themselves as a "Doctor of Medicine" when that person is not a "Doctor of Medicine"? Is that called "Impersonating a Doctor"? Is that a felony offence?

Madi,is it a crime in Washington State for a person who says they are a "Doctor of Medicine" when they aren't, to give "Treatments" to another person? Is that a felony offence? If it is a crime can the victim civilly sue that person?

Madi,is it a crime in Washington State for a person to SELL themselves as a "Doctor of Medicine" at lectures and seminars when that person is not a Doctor? Is that called Felony Fraud by False Pretence? If it is a crime can all the people who paid money to attended civilly sue that person?

Madi,is it a crime in Washington State for a person to SELL themselves as an "Ordained Tibetan Lama" at lectures and seminars when that person is not an "Ordained Tibetan Lama"? Is that also called Felony Fraud by False Pretence? If it is a crime can all the people who paid money to attended civilly sue that person?

Madi,is it a crime in Washington State for a person to SELL themselves as a "representive and teacher" of the White Cloud Monastery at lectures and seminars when that person is not a representive or teacher? Is that called Felony Fraud by False Pretence? If it is a crime can all the people who paid money to attended civilly sue that person?
