Not Home Yet

Been away but still not home. The trick seems to be with the mind, both course and subtle. It seems on this plain we must (no choice?) work with both. Is it a matter of trying to have a view from the subtle mind, to watch the course mind? How does action fit in?

wow...intense

What home are you not yet home to.
This is from Harold:
At a higher end of thought one looks for a "Path of Action" suitable to their nature. In the "Chod" one seeks the terrifying, that which truly tests one's mind. The greatest fear for the mind is the death of our body. The practitioners of Chod take the "Single Seat" and allow themselves to put into practice the theory of "Deathlessness". Of course this practice is for only a very few.
Another is "Phowa", the Transference of Consciousness. This can be practiced for all six stages of the Bardo (life, meditation, dreams, the moment of death, the intermediate stage and the bardo of reincarnation). In all its supposed mystery, it is a simple practice when stripped of all its hype.
When you die your mind permanently separates from your body. If you have a proper practice you will see all your family and friends around your dead body and you will know the TRUTH. That's really not you down there and the real you is not really dead. You have never died and in fact you have never been born. You have stepped out of the "MAHAMAYA", the "GREAT ILLUSION". You have been dreaming a life that has never truly existed except in your coarse mind. A neuro-interactive simulation called "Samsara-cyclical existence". You have been Catherine as we all have been living in a "Dream" world.
These are two examples of a path of action but in fact they are the same path: to separate our consciousness not just from our dead body but also from this supposed living body. It is the permanent separation of our mind from this life, this world, this zoo, this prison, this reality whatever you want to call it. The idea of human beings, worlds, universes exists only in the coarse human mind.
Are you Catherine:
(1) a human being having spiritual experiences or
(2) a spiritual being having human experiences or
(3) a spiritual being dreaming human experiences
Your choice, you choose, CHOOSE!!!!!!!!!!
